I always recommend reducing the level of toxins that you and your pets are exposed to on a daily basis. As toxic exposures can potentially cause illness on an acute, subacute, or chronic nature, it is important that humans eliminate any possible substance from the environment shared by both people and animals.
I incorporate this philosophy into my
veterinary practice and personal life to protect both myself and my canine companion,
Cardiff. In my household, I strive to avoid aerosolized fragrances and other substances, toxic or otherwise, that can enter my or Cardiff's body through our respiratory tract, eyes, mouth, or skin.
I now have the opportunity to get the message out in a large scale through my role in
